How to install – Zebra Blinds

For Recess Fit

Unpackage

Open your kit
Layout

Lay out your blinds on the floor under your window
Measure & Mark

Use snap provided in your kit to mark the hole on the ceiling using a pencil where the screw will attach to the ceiling.
Drill

Use the drill to make a hole where you marked the pencil dot.
Secure Snap

Use the screw to attach the snap to the ceiling/recess.
Install Blind

Lift the blind and attach the back edge of the top rail of the blind to the back edge of the snap. Then gently push the blind upwards into position, and you will hear a click sound which indicates the blind is in place.
Install Safety Hook

Secure chain to the wall/recess using the safety plastic hook provided.

For Face Fit

Unpackage

Open your kit
Layout

Lay out your blinds on the floor under your window
Measure & Mark

Use bracket provided in your kit to mark the hole on the wall using a pencil where the screw will attach to the wall
Drill

Use the drill to make a hole where you marked the pencil dot.
Secure Bracket

Use the screw to attach the bracket to the wall.
Attach Snap

Attach the snap to the horizontal side (closest edge to you) of the bracket and turn until it is fixed into place – this means the round edge of the snap should be facing outwards.
Install Blind

Lift the blind and attach the back edge of the top rail of the blind to back edge of the snap. Then gently push the blind upwards into position and you will hear a click sound which indicates the blind is in place.
Install Safety Hook

Secure chain to the wall/recess using the safety plastic hook provided.
